Pros

-The people are great -Free snacks

Cons

-High Expectations from CEO (especially when you are sick) -You are expected to work the same hours as the CEO but have no equity in the company. CEO wants to keep all the profits, doesn't care about employees -I would recommend you do a full review of the company before you join. They could potentially lay you off as soon as possible. -They made false promises at the interview and never held it.

Pros

You’ll learn exactly what kind of company you never want to work for again.

Cons

– Authoritarian, top-down leadership with no room for dissent or independent thought. – No career development — you’re there to serve the CEO’s agenda, not grow. – Toxic culture hidden behind buzzwords like “innovation” and “impact” to mask dysfunction. – Micromanagement at every level, especially from the top, where ego trumps expertise. – All the negative reviews are accurate and the company has a habit of deleting them, which speaks volumes. This is not a place that invests in people. Employees are treated as tools, not talent. The business model serves one person’s financial goals, and unless your idea of success is staying silent and obedient, you’ll regret signing on.

Pros

Central office location close to union station.

Cons

Nothing new to add beyond other reviews — low pay and you’ll only serve the CEO’s agenda, with no real chance to grow your career. Join at your own risk.
