      Pros

      Bunch of high students, so you always have someone to complain with. Free Movies kept me around.

      Cons

      Upper management not in touch with work experiences of floor staff. Management in Tennessee not in the same stage in life as Floor Staff. Change just for the sake of it, felt like management just wanted something to do.

      Pros

      It was a fun job for a part-time role when it's one of your first jobs. Got to watch movies during breaks, coworkers were chill, free popcorn and tickets was also a bonus.

      Cons

      Dealing with trash, rude customers, and rush hours were rough but were all part of what you'd expect in customer service. Hours are a bit late for closing given that its a movie theater.
