It is really sad that social media sites, like this, provide troubled, disgruntled people an unbridled forum to lash out and spew nonsense, make baseless claims and try to rationalisation their own poor performance and vent their personal anger. It highlights both a sign of the times and the increasing lack of personal responsibility in society - "I blame everyone else but myself" seems to be a mantra. We are very proud of our current team and the evolution that the Company has made over the past several years. We have provided several new progressive benefits for team members, we have experienced zero turnover amongst our service teams (client service, accounting/commissions, compliance) in 2020, we made no layoffs during Covid and kept all of our team members employed and with healthcare insurance. This are not the actions or results of the Company that this reviewer is try ing to portray. We don't generally respond to these baseless, angry reviews but supported by the positive reviews on this site, we believe that reviews such as this are an affront to the hard work, team work and dedication of our Regal team. To the reviewer, we hope that you can find some help so that you can find some peace in your life.
