      Pros

      Great product. Great customers. Pay for gas, food, lodgings and some maintenance. Provide cell phone and iPad. Contacted.

      Cons

      Owner trusts no one. In return you're being judged daily. Company went into downward spiral when VP left. No compassion or understanding just pure hatred and distrust if you need to talk about any issues. It's too bad. Enjoyed the job. Unfortunately the management has zero knowledge in being a leader and how to treat others. Absolutely zero benefits.

      Pros

      Manufactures a decent looking, easy to install Aluminum Railing Component System. Well established in throughout Canada.

      Cons

      Design and overall looks needs to be updated to keep up with competition. Pay is low for the amount of responsibility and travel expected out of their reps. Not well known in the US. Not very trusted by customers in US. Management tend to not keep their word. Management isn't trustworthy. Commissions are not competitive with competition. No Benefits. No 1099 statements. They pay a salary, plus expenses, plus commissions in the US, but NO 1099!!. Don't know how they get away with that in the US and the IRS.
