- No CRM (The CRM that they have is only a recording keeping interface) - No Professional means of communication - Company CEO and And BP does not understand and support the employee - CEO wants to keep this organisation a " lala " organisation - Most of the conversation is done on whatsapp. - No learning or scope of improvement, join only if you want to join an organisation where you can do 100%, work the same thing again and again, learn nothing interesting, only a bunch of employees know excel, even the CEO does not know how to use it. - CRM does not have any option to extract data. - Employee database is as same as it was 4year ago, they don't Refresh the data - Do not join as an EA(executive assistant)(saw the guy do nothing, checked and understood that the tools and task given to do some analysis were only EXCEL!!!
