Pros
Even though it's a corporation, it has managed to maintain its family nature. From the inside, it feels like a family business. Part of that is due to the management, which was completely replaced a few years ago. The area of operation is also a plus. Just as data and telco services will always be needed, so too will IT and money transfer will always be a valuable commodity. So you don't have to worry about your future.
Cons
The downside is the personality equipment of the potential candidate. From my own experience I see that the older and more experienced ones are paradoxically more flexible, adaptable, loyal and more respectful of the so-called staff culture. They just do what is expected of them in the way that management expects. By contrast, the younger ones are spoiled, so to speak. They want to determine for themselves what and how. They want more than is realistic and, more importantly, they want it the way they determine it. They do not like to conform to the demands of management, e.g. in terms of attendance or the like. Such people can then sniffle and can complain that it is this way or that way. I say it is incomparably better here compared to other corporations. And I've tried a number of corporations.
