RTS - Bus Driver Regional Transit Service Employee Review

CULTURE! RTS cares greatly about employees, and this is evident in the "RTS Way", Snack of the month, Diversity and Inclusion, quarterly all employee meetings. It is a fun place to work. Great benefits and good pay. In the past year RTS invested in additional employee training though UDEMY for administrative positions. This is the best place that I have worked in a long time. We even get to ride the bus for free.

I do not have many cons to share personally. The only con I have is that I have to use a PTO day to participate in the United Way Day of Caring.
