Pros

Very understanding and helpful managers, Great maternity/paternity leave benefits at 12 weeks full pay, considering retaining a partially remote policy in some departments, Nice number of vacation days in addition to sick days, good diversity and inclusion

Cons

Low annual merit salary increases, Bonus opportunities are few and far between, hard to move up into a management role or higher level position without changing departments or teams, very hierarchical with management mainly making decisions without the input of employees

Pros

The Culture, the people, the atmosphere are OUTSTANDING- there really is a feeling of camaraderie and "can do" attitude in every person I've met here.

Cons

None so far, if anything, perhaps a tendency to plan a bit too ambitiously- but it definitely seems to steer the ship in the right direction.

Pros

HR is easily accessible. Some managers may be on your behind about work even though there are easier methods. Some managers with criticize you in front of other employees.

Cons

We have to use five of our vacation days consecutively so they can audit us. We aren’t assigned Saturday shifts close to our home, so some people have to drive farther for 3 hours of work (no mileage). Managers are hit or miss. PE can be affected by location, so try to get a good location.
