Pros
The pay was good. I had the opportunity to work with a good manager, he looked after his team and was balanced. He was the main reason I stuck around, felt like he had our best interest in mind. I worked at a very busy branch. We hardly had a slow day during my time with the company. The fast pace made the days go by quickly.
Cons
Everything is about sales and reaching your goals. The branches are typically understaffed, which increases your workload. The company's course of training for new employees isn't always the best. because branches are understaffed, many times the new employees are tossed in a bit too early, causing a quick burnout and a high turnover rate. It's the combination of extremely high goals, understaffed branches, and heavy traffic branches that causes a lot of stress for some. I embraced the reality that some of that wasn't going to change. I stuck around and made some good money with the company.
