9yWe are passionate about continuously improving our interns’ experience at Rehmann, including providing them with valuable feedback as they begin to develop in their careers. As such, we are excited to say that we’ve launched an updated internship performance review process in 2017 that clearly communicates the four core skills each intern is evaluated on as well as intern self-evaluations and formal performance reviews with their supervisor throughout the internship. We hope that with this, we can help our interns reach their full potential during their time with Rehmann.
While there are many factors that go into making full-time hiring decisions, the ultimate goal is to utilize our internship program to find great, future leaders of our Firm. We are proud to say that the vast majority of our entry-level positions are filled with previous interns!
