Pros

Good people work here, generally friendly/good natured business casual M-Th and casual/jeans on Fri Pay is fair for industry standards PTO and paid holidays Convenient train access and parking for commuters Free coffee/tea

Cons

Morale is completely gone. Merger with a bigger corporation RUINED this company and fast. Upper management from the new company took away every perk that made it worth working here, should have 0 stars. New CEO already quit and was replaced! lots of corporate shuffling Used to have work from home and pay incentives and good health benefits, but not anymore. work/life balance is out the door, nobody cares Employees don't know what their job will be day to day or what will be taken away next. overseas vendors are completely incompetent, no signs of solving the loads of problems they create benefits downgraded to one insurer w/ cheapest worst dental and prescription possible don't get sick or use any of that PTO, has to be paid back if you didn't earn it if you leave training quality is not a priority, sink or swim, you will learn more from your experienced coworkers for better or worse not worth promoting to management anymore with new upper management that don't care about anything but bottom line

Pros

Train station across the street - that is all

Cons

Where to start? Outsourcing has taken this company to new lows. It falls right in line with the only thing these people care about - $$$$$. They don't care that employees are miserable, fleeing IN DROVES. Or that the work is done 6 times because the first 5 were done incorrectly in India. US employees passed over for positions given to workers who work for cheaper(overseas) but not necessarily having the knowledge to do the job. Patients, providers robbed blind because all the overseas contract employees care about are getting paid - not that the job is done correctly, leading to lost time & $$. But not for them, they'll deal & make everyone else take the loss because overseas contractors work for pennies, making them more $$. $31M FRAUD FINE TO DOJ(admitting no wrongdoing, of course) & a lawsuit FROM SHAREHOLDERS! Plenty of PTO if you stay all year - if not, YOU GET TO PAY IT BACK! Benefits are DISGUSTING for one of the largest (CHEAP) healthcare corps in the country!!
