Easy to stand out if you are competent (but beware of the backstabbing).
Cons
It's a mess daily. Overworked, underpaid, and under-appreciated unless you are friends with the owners. When leadership prioritizes creating culture videos versus addressing long-standing business culture issues, you know things will not change.
