Management is uneducated, unprofessional, inexperienced and vindictive. This is by far the worse company I’ve worked for. This business engages in unethical and oftentimes, illegal business dealings. The doctors are rude and condescending. The doctors purposely treats patients knowing they are not abiding by insurance guidelines and THEN force the patients to pay out of pocket. Employees are written up for everything. The simplest things warrants a write up at this company. You are treated according to how they feel about you personally. The owner, operations manager and cfo (the owner’s fiance) have NO idea what they are doing in running a business. They are aggressive, talk down to people, and talk about employees personal business with other employees. The owner has made racist and inappropriate comments and thinks its funny. This place needs to be shut down. Barely any patients get pregnant. HIGHWAY ROBBERY.
