Pros

- I made a friend. - Learned cool graph things - Became inspired to learn AI/ML Algorithms Met a lot of very smart people

Cons

First, I would strongly recommend you reach out to multiple ex employees on Linkedin for different opinions. My experience was extremely poor mainly because there was no effort to establish an enterprise sales motion, and the majority of at bats with customers were taken by the CEO. - Primarily a services company, who happens to be building a product. - CEO takes all top of funnel pipeline instead of trusting the team he hired to engage with customers. - Lots of accomplished, capable people who's input is summarily dismissed by CEO - No communication outside of inner circle, you don't learn things until they've happened. - Too small of a company for an inner circle or poor communication - Many people so beaten down by constant dismissal of their input that they are cruising silently

Cons

There’s never enough time. Theresa a lot of interest and we’re moving in such fast speed it’s hard to stop and reflect

Pros

The technical problems are genuinely interesting and some of the people are sharp — That part I won't take away from them'

Cons

What got to me wasn't the difficulty of the work, it was the organizational layer around it — decisions take longer than they should, and by the time something gets resolved the context has already shifted, which is not a great loop to be in repeatedly. There's also a gap between how leadership describes the direction and what teams are actually being asked to focus on day to day, and that gap doesn't get addressed directly, it just kind of sits there and everyone quietly works around it, and after a while that becomes the norm and nobody questions it anymore, which.... honestly doesn't make sense to me as a way to run thins. The two stars isn't because the work isn't real — It's because the environment makes it harder than it needs to be to actually do that work well.
