Great Flexibility and Abysmal Pay - Coach Relationship Hero Employee Review

Thank you for the feedback and your positive comments about the company. Our pay is a topic that’s brought up in several reviews and it’s something we’re taking very seriously. We’d love to pay our coaches more and have been working towards creating opportunities for them to do so. Today, we’re able to pay our experienced coaches more than their starting wage and we provide all coaches new opportunities to earn well above their current wage. This job can be emotionally taxing and we do set our coaching standards high. We have several initiatives in place to support coaches and help them overcome the stress that comes along with the job. We can also do a better job of managing expectations to our applicants and trainees so they can make a more informed decision about whether the job is a right fit for them.
