      Pros

      Solid core engineering groups with decent enterprise software. CEO and chief staff are competent. If first launch goes well, company outlook is sky high.

      Cons

      Non chief, high level managers for the most part know little about rockets or additive. It's largely career politicians who look good on paper but in reality stifle communication and demoralize the core engineering group.

      Pros

      Great snacks, awesome IC’s, Long Beach weather.

      Cons

      Current exodus of manufacturing leadership has created a toxic and very unpleasant work environment. It’s very clear here that pets outweigh performance, leading to top performers leaving as well.
