Pros

You can learn a lot at Relativity very quickly, which is great for those just entering the aerospace industry. There is a good mix of new engineers and people who have experience in the industry. The culture is good at Relativity, there is a good focus on DEI and management is very communicative. I cannot say this for all departments though.

Cons

High workload and growing pains, it is still a startup environment here so a lot of responsibility is put on employees. The rapid management changes and pivots can be a bit jarring. Work life balance does not seem to be even across the company, some departments have it better than others. Culture can vary across teams Benefits are not the best

Pros

Great snacks, awesome IC’s, Long Beach weather.

Cons

Current exodus of manufacturing leadership has created a toxic and very unpleasant work environment. It’s very clear here that pets outweigh performance, leading to top performers leaving as well.
