      Smart colleagues most of the time.

      Cons

      Lack of growth, clarity of goals, lack of company culture overall. Nepotism. Hires everyone from Space X and provides them opportunities that current employees don’t get.

      Great snacks, awesome IC’s, Long Beach weather.

      Cons

      Current exodus of manufacturing leadership has created a toxic and very unpleasant work environment. It’s very clear here that pets outweigh performance, leading to top performers leaving as well.
