Horribly dirty dusty and hot. No ac or heat so outside temp is inside temp pretty much except worse. Very hazardous for your health and they try to hide the dangers of whats in the dust. Management is horrible no chance of advancement dont prioritize safety at all. Benefits r ok except they give like only 7 holidays nd dont give much in days off but if you work hard for the whole year you might be lucky and get a huge bonus at the end of the year of about $50 woohoo. Company will only do the minimal to keep you or wats required by law. Avoid this place if you enjoy your health
