Pros
- If you have a high school diploma or less than a Bachelors it’s a great opportunity - They offer training and other stuff such as forklift certifications and what not - If you need a stable job and are ok with this line of work then it’s okay at best
Cons
- The managers are extreme. For example walking around the facility or not appearing focused is enough to warrant an HR meeting. Outside of the science field that would never fly at any company. In fact you’d be sued if you were a bank or large firm - The policies are extreme. You have to take breaks exactly according to the schedule which is ridiculous and you cannot even have your phone inside the work areas it has to remain in your locker which is also crazy. - The rabblerousing, unprofessional behavior of co workers is tolerated. - The owners are extreme probably why the managers act so extreme
