Pros
I think Relevel was a very, very great place to work in terms that I was challenged a lot and learned how to hyperscale and move fast and break things at the same time. I had a lot of cross-functional collaboration which was great for me.
Cons
At times we moved too fast and at some times it felt we were trying to do a lot of things at the same time. A little bit more focus might have helped.
