Pros
Can make good money and most of the time can get a day off. They don't care if you get an accident they will just send someone there to pick up the stuff off of you and leave you there.
Cons
They play alot of games. Like to trick you and say you get one amount then when you get paid it's lower. Always coming up with new reasons to take money off. They do not like hearing no. If you tell them you don't wanna do a route they won't give you any work. For anyone just starting there check you statements guarantee that job are missing or lower than what you were supposed to get. Dispatch plays favorites so if you are not best friends don't expect alot. Take advantage of new drivers as well.
