Not a great experience - Project Coordinator Reliable Technology Services (TX) Employee Review

I have been a part of the Reliable Technology family for over a year now, and I can genuinely say that it has been an incredibly rewarding journey. I have never been a part of a company like Reliable that cares so deeply about its team and its success. The leadership team prioritizes open communication, creating an environment where diverse perspectives are celebrated. Another thing I really am grateful for is that Reliable provides ample resources for continuous learning and growth. Especially in the IT world, it helps so much when you know you have the tools you need to grow and achieve your technology goals. Team building activities are not just events but an integral part of our work culture. These activities go beyond the ordinary, creating memorable experiences that strengthen our bonds. Whether it’s a retreat, a team-building workshop, or a simple lunch outing, these events contribute to building a positive and cohesive team spirit. The engineers care about each other.

No benefits. Rarely do they give pay raises. Poor work / life balance. Micromanaging is a huge problem.
