I have been here for over 10 years and continue to learn and grow as a professional. The people who work at R1 are incredible, and we are all provided an opportunity to be successful for those that want it.
Cons
Working in the "people business" it's hard not having control over the entire recruiting process because you have to rely on the candidate and the client to do their part.
