      Company CC provided after 3 months of employment.

      Cons

      No benefits AT ALL. You will not be able to use your PTO. There’s no diversity within the company and they don’t care about anything but the work being completed .

      The pay is great. Working remotely is nice.

      Cons

      Ever changing responsibilities, micromanaging, you will be expected to train your AI replacement. Accountability for mistakes often falls on the last person to handle an account, not on those that made the mistakes.
