Pros

They start you out with a very competitive rate...

Cons

...Then they cut it 8%! Insurance is insanely high. PTO is less than some other companies & difficult to use if another staff member is off the same month. They claim we should never use lack of coverage as an excuse, but management doesn't provide enough staff for adequate coverage. The focus is truly on numbers & not patient care. For example, if your RPI falls below 4.5% you get to have DAILY PPS calls for management to assist you in rectifying the situation, nevermind that half your caseload is bedbound or has dialysis/appts. Same for productivity, which begs the question: How does a nonproductive daily call assist in making me more productive? Staff training is a joke, you better hope your DOR knows what they're doing since the webinar training is merely the VP of Ops reading the powerpoint verbatim over a horrible audio connection. If you happen to be unfortunate enough to work in an AdCare facility, then it's even more unproductive busywork. How many meetings can you have?? How many trees do we kill with all the useless reports we're required to fill out that no one EVER looks at?? I used to laugh AT the movie "Office Space", now I have to laugh WITH the same movie. Did you get the memo about the new face sheet for the TPS reports? So, if you like working more hours than you're paid and not getting any praise, than this is the company for you! Sign up today! Who knows? Perhaps you could be getting my position?

Thank you so much for your kind word. We’re thrilled to hear you’ve had a great experience and appreciate you highlighting our benefits, leadership, and culture. Staffing can definitely be a challenge, and we’re continuing to invest in onboarding by piloting a new 'New HIre Orientation" with plans to roll it out to all locations in 2026. Grateful to have you as part of the Reliant family! - The Reliant Rehabilitation Team

Pros

Not much. Co-workers and my employees were amazing.

Cons

They do not care about you as a person. Absolutely will treat you like a number and will get rid of you with no notice. I never got a raise in the 5 years I was a DOR.
