Only “pro” is that you got to work from home
Cons
Constantly micromanaged Incompetent managers who have no leadership skills Have to meet a certain number of phone calls / tickets per day while also somehow building rapport with customers gets overwhelming stressful and draining Managers listen to your phone calls and nitpick every word or sentence you say They say they care about their employees and have a non toxic environment but that’s far from the truth All the other customer service reps at the time were also talking about quitting due to unrealistic expectations
