Pros
They are very flexible and understanding in regards to work load and assignments. You are never just doing busy work, and everything you do has a purpose. I have learned so much from the CEO, Alex Shadrow, and have had many opportunities to ask her questions and learn from her life experience. This internship can truly a time of growth and success, if you work hard and pay attention.
Cons
If you are currently in school, and struggle with time management, this is probably not the job for you. You can't procrastinate, and have to be very proactive to succeed. Although it is an unpaid internship, the valuable experience and contacts you gain along the way are more than enough compensation. Since it is a relatively new company, they are always trying new things and learning the best way to structure the internship program. However, I think this makes it easier to do the internship alongside other responsibilities such as school/part-time jobs.
