Over the last 10+ years, I worked for large Silicon Valley tech companies and smaller hypergrowth startups. Reltio is the sweet spot right in the middle. By great orders of magnitude, this is my favorite company. We are the farthest ahead in the MDM market with cloud technology. All of the big guys cannot compete. When we do product demos and POCs, we win because of how hard it is to configure and implement competing products and how easily changes can be configured within Reltio. Tons of growth opportunity for your career. Tons of money to be made when we IPO. We just cross $100M Annual Recurring Revenue. And, a third-party study determined that over the last three years, Reltio is the fastest growing MDM company and we are taking most marketshare from all competitors. It's because we have a great product.
Cons
Change is constant. It's not for everyone. The company has high expectations for delivering on your metrics meaning you are surrounded by smart, hardworking people, especially for the leadership. Some executives couldn't meet those expectations so the company made changes quickly. Get on board and start rowing!
