Pros
Some of the staff are good. When I say some I mean the one that's left. Location. Home time.
Cons
Micro management. If you don't like the pub you'll go nowhere. Claim parking is a benefit but its the smallest carpark going and is falling apart. Building leaks, very scruffy and boiler may as well not be there as it doesn't work. Cares more about making money than customers or staff. I understand making money is key, but they have no principles or morals as people. Made to feel bad for leaving on time. Not allowed to talk in office, but senior staff/management can talk all day about nonsense. Unexpected live events where made out to be my problem when they were completely unavoidable and unexpected. Massive staff turnover. Definition of winging it (Not alot of structure) Understand IT is sometimes a reactive industry, but nothing proactive about these guys. No escalation point most of the time. Expected overtime with no pay. Cant have lunch at same time as colleagues (unless you're a manager)
