      Catered Lunches and Hybrid 2 WFH and 3 in the office each week

      Cons

      Leadership is a mess with little to no coordination, local offices are very friendly and accommodating. Lay offs will happen sooner or later to save the shareholders.

      Diversity of cultures including in leadership Flexible PTO Strong benefits Mission driven

      Cons

      Frequent pivots in business even on a monthly level. No point in annual plans. Layoffs that are frequent and unreported whether due to % "underperforming" or no reason given. Lack of work life balance due to scarce resources Leadership now concentrated in Europe which is becoming disconnected from the bigger US and Canadian businesses Does not support remote workers
