      Pros

      Remote People is a good place to work with a strong international environment and friendly, super supportive colleagues. The option to work remotely offers flexibility which is nice. The role is dynamic and fast-paced, and there are quite a few opportunities to learn, grow professionally and gain valuable experience about the EOR industry.

      Cons

      Additional focus on asynchronous work would be a good addition to stay connected over time zones.

      Pros

      I enjoy working for Remote People because we have a collaborative team and leaders who listen to feedback. They try to actually understand the problems we face every day and implement ways to resolve them as much as possible.

      Cons

      It does feel like we are understaffed, but filling those roles with experienced people may also be a challenge.
