Pros
It started out great, people were understanding and more accommodating. Market standard salaries, but should've been USD pegged. ESOP The best thing is the flexibility to work and no time restriction. They provide with their own laptop for you to use which is just amazing. Used to have home office budget. A bit less but better than nothing. Don't know if its still offered or not. Insurance. Parents' insurance, employee, spouse and children'. Really happy with this. Still a good option as a fully remote position.
Cons
The company seems lost. Constantly trying to sell half baked products. Have tooo much expectation and always wanting the task to be complete yesterday so you're always late. Lack of vision. Can't change project once you're assigned as they do yearly contract with the client, they would keep giving you false hope to complete that contract. The company's client facing website has bugs too. Only like 2 or 3 QA persons, which are stretched thin. So quality of product goes to sh*t. Your increment would be poor if client complains for no reason. Poor management. The HR is only HR for 4 hours a week 🤣 LIED about two retreats a year. NO BONUS Sh*t ton of meetings. Expecting the developers to become AI experts overnight. Absolutely no communication among the hiring team. Every person would ask you the same f*cking thing over and over again. Nuked the legendary s-tiered memes channel?!
