Pros

Fulfilling, interesting work, fun and passionate culture! I have been able to double my starting salary in the three years I have been here through different opportunities and uncapped commission. Free removal has meant everything to me, I love talking to our clients and providing safe and effective services! No one does laser tattoo removal better than Removery!!

Cons

Locations are very understaffed and somewhat disorganized. Doing too much with too few staff members. The opportunities for career growth seem to have fizzled out past a certain point.

Unfortunately, I wish there was more communication behind the WHY on certain decisions, especially the ones affecting the clinical outcomes for clients

Pros

the pay, that's really it. the job itself isn't too hard. having 1:1s with clients, documenting everything, scheduling, answering phones, cleaning

Cons

everything else, horrible management, confusing commission structure that's constantly changing, zero support from higher ups. extremely hard to get time off since it's just 2 people in the studio. hours of business constantly changing. they pit people against each other, from the members in your region to other regions, to the contact center.
