Pay is not great for what is expected
Management constantly changing. Treat clinic staff like they are just a number. Tattoo removal is a small industry. Staff are forced to put up with it or leave the industry altogether.
Running clinicians into the ground
Only care about making money and selling packages. Force sales staff to use borderline dishonest practices during consultations to suck clients in and then wonder why the clients expectations are not being met.
Always trying to cut costs when it comes to clinic staff then spending millions on opening and moving clinics. Staff often are not supported, get burnt out and leave.
No opportunites for advancement.
They talk a lot about culture and values but don’t show it to clinic staff.
There is a massive difference between how clinic staff and out of clinic staff are treated, but it’s the people in the clinics who are making all the money.
