Pros
Great opportunity to add value, understand the business at low-level.
Culture WAS positive and creative.
Few really smart people but many learning on the job.
Cons
Poor cross-team collaboration; work ethics are low - people are late or not joining meetings, no clarity and proactiveness around project statuses.
Management was good but got changed with really poor choice creating inefficient, toxic environment with a lot of underlying issues where the new management were only there for the payday.
