Pros
-people are nice and care enough -mid tier benefits, but nothing to write about
Cons
Having been laid off due to the Blackstone acquisition and company reorg, I realize how lacking Renaissance Learning is. I mean this technologically in the Ed. Tech space and the way they treat their employees. I saw talented people get laid off without any consideration. People well above my pay grade and experience just disappeared overnight. There's also the mixed messages from leadership saying growth in one direction while not taking accountability for their failed projects. I highly recommend finding another career path while you're still employed- it was really challenging writing the narrative when you're unemployed and looking for a new job. It's much easier getting a new job while currently employed. Make no mistake, they will remove you like a line on an excel sheet.
