This is a real estate "education" company. They REALLY only want you to sell expensive education packages to other people who want to invest. You need to sell a minimum of $20,000.00 to receive any real commission. If you have a lot of rich friends, it will work for you. I do not. The packages are around $2,000.00 each. They put ads on ziprecruiter all the time. Unfortunately, I tried and only got people who were unemployed and desperate. I would not scam them! To be an "employee" with no benefits, you must invest $2,000.00. Unless you are a contractor, realtor, or house flipper, stay away. If you fall into this category, it is well worth paying the 2K for. I was a realtor and this taught me things I never knew. It is a "type" of a Pyramid scheme.
