      Pros

      Big and very friendly company of young and specialist with a lot of experience. Perfect to get started of working in this company. Interesting to see production process, which constantly increase.

      Cons

      Low salaries and not so much increase for each year. Not so clear to understand how to grow up in the company.

      Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

      Cons

      As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
