      Pros

      You will self teach yourself to do everything. People who work there are loyal and good.

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible if any, there are no promotions, the only perks are doughnuts. If you have allergies, they have untrained/annoying dogs there, so even if you want to get your work done you can't because you have to let their dogs out every 5 seconds. As an employee I was underutilized and bored.

      Pros

      I can't think of any pros about this company at this time. Nice Christmas party at a nice location. Not a far commute.

      Cons

      Made promises at time of hire that were not kept. Never acknowledged for what tasks were accomplished. Always criticized for the one task not done that was currently being worked on. No future/room to grow. Dogs/pets were main priority. Everything about this place is unprofessional. For a small number of employees, a lot of chatter/gossip/backstabbing. Been through 30+ employees in the office. I now see why.
