Those days seem to be a mere memory now. Turnover is huge, constant changes and careless managers who push people beyond what id reasonable, we've been told many times thats the way it is and that Renown is just a hard place to work, not much of a moral booster. I dont see much hope foe the future of this ever being a good job again. That coupled alongside the bullying and politics that take place at work make it a truly undesirable place to remain
