Pros

Pay is above average, depending on location you could have a decent position.

Cons

They do not tell you they don't pay holidays up front- they will use your PTO or you can miss the hours, limited growth, understaffed, poor management, poor communication, your health insurance is only good at Renown facilities, favoritism, and unreasonable expectations, hostile work environments. This is not a comprehensive list.

Pros

Daily communication with my team. My team has been friendly since I started. I really enjoy the remote/hybrid environment they have set up for the accounting department and it made juggling my school schedule easier!
