Pros

decent pay for entry level positions.Good benefits, only used vision though.Lots of unsupervised time for account reps. Roughly 60% of their day. Meet some pretty cool people. Employee purchase discount is pretty good. Easy to get promoted to assistant Manager

Cons

Work/Life balance is horrible. Way too many hours. 48 hours minimum starting out. No matter how many sales you get they constantly pressure you to get more. Same goes for collections. Only way to get promoted to Store Manager is to be a " yes man." Only Store Managers and above are eligible for bonuses. Some of the houses you have to go into are unbelievably disgusting. Split days off. Sunday and one day during the week. Upper management does not support your decision making. Customers constantly lie to you.
