Pros
The pay and benefits are decent.
Cons
The company doesn't care about their employees. Store managers and above are paid well, but the hourly employees aren't and the turnover is killer. I personally worked 60-70 hours per week. My DM pressured his Store Managers to work their days off. If we didn't, he would spend the following weeks making our lives terrible. My father was hospitalized and when I called my DM to ask if I could leave work to meet him and my mother at the hospital, he asked me if it was a life or death situation or could it wait until the store closed? I was killing myself for a company that couldn't care less about me. It's not worth it. NEVER work for this company. If it comes down to being homeless or working for RAC again, I'd choose homelessness hands down!
