Pros
I gained another family working at Rent One. We work together and fix our eyes on a greater purpose. We don’t simply sell stuff and collect payments. We serve our customer, provide a goodnight sleep, clean clothes, cold milk, etc., and our customers experience ownership!
Cons
Any con to working somewhere should simply provide an opportunity. As I think of complaints I’ve heard, I think of our program and values. Having said that I think it’s a challenge making sure every employee believes in our program and passionately explains it to each and every customer.

Sales are hard if you dont want to rip people off, Repos are nasty, They are sneaky people, They will have you in contract you cant afford, then beat your door down to rip it out of your house
