- fast-paced, high-growth start-up culture - visible positive community impact from the produce - team of close friends who are literally kind, caring, forgiving, and loving - the company could bomb, or it could hit the stars
Cons
- does not pay as much as other jobs that are the same amount of work (don't do it for the money) - the current small team has more work on their hands than they have time and energy to accomplish - the company is constantly changing and evolving (a pro for some, con for others)
