Very forward thinking and focused - Software Engineer RentPost Employee Review

Developing at RentPost has been incredible for my career, as I'm encouraged to focus on doing things the right way, not taking shortcuts. This is not something that many companies promote. As a result, working with the code is enjoyable and the development work as well.

Sometimes timelines are unrealistic, or projections aren't accurate. I guess this happens in many or most companies, but I think some improvement could be made here.
