      Pros

      Bad politics in all support team. Only PPL who knows how to boot lick have growth, no space for outspoken personalitie. They always demotivate u in anything you do. They don't usually work always into gossips & very poor mindset.

      Leave policy Hr team Other department people will support u No other cons

      some good benefits nice managers/supervisors work from home

      Cons

      pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
