for new joiners you can see there is a lot of discrimination made between employee and the managers are pathetic in maintenance in doing their work. mostly they open their google docs and makes his under colleague to complete their work while manager himself chill around. even pci don't have a fix timing of working hours because of which manager make employee sit for extra hours.
