-Loved a few of the people there.
--No mandatory overtime.
Cons
-Numbers based (high push out rate). With medical equipment. Let it sink in.
--Had to hit a certain amount of units only after a couple of days of being trained for the job. Still was learning, but okay.
---Didn't have enough time to even get a 'flow' down before I was fired.
----Oh, was fired for being too slow- having only done the job for not even a week and was still getting the gist of it down. Had time to gain that speed?
-----Don't make small mistakes. Even if you are still learning the ropes of the job. Gotta be great right out the gate.
